Show what is there and what is changing
A replacement fitting and an entirely new connection can involve different work. Send a photo of the current tap or pipework, plus the new product’s model or a photo of its packaging if you already have it.
Questions to settle before a small installation
- Is this a like-for-like replacement, or does the position need to change?
- Are the appliance or fittings already in the apartment?
- Can the relevant water supply be shut off for the work?
- Does the quote include supplying parts, removing the old fitting and checking the new connection?
Planning the visit around your address
Start with your Beyoğlu area—Cihangir, Galata, Çukurcuma, Tomtom, Asmalımescit or Karaköy—and when someone can be home. If the entrance is separate from the street address or the work needs shared-building access, explain that privately when the appointment is arranged.
Keep the scope clear
We help coordinate the plumbing part of a washing machine or dishwasher connection. Electrical work, appliance faults and any manufacturer installation conditions need separate confirmation. Provider availability and charges are checked before you approve a visit.
English-language coordination is free to the customer. The local provider quotes for the work and pays us a referral commission; the provider may communicate in Turkish.
